Focuses on specifically what YOUR body needs, what goals you'd like to achieve and what activities you enjoy most.

GROUP CLASSES:

I teach classes that focus on both strength and endurance using bodyweight, TRX, and Kettlebells.  Each class is always different, adaptable for any level, and intentional.

Expect to have fun, learn something new, and challenge yourself.
